(Sam)Antha is an Australian born multidisciplinary eco-artist who specializes in writing, producing, session singing and performance making. Although now a sojourner currently drifting between the California coast and New York suburbia, she still has strong ties with the land and waters she came from. It is this subject matter which typically motivates her artistic practices, particularly water as harbinger of life and death.

She is a chameleon. She is nostalgic jazz colliding with a free-spirited flower child. A contemplative soul and a dreamer, who dances between intellect and intuition. Being an academic and a philosopher, she weaves together history, art, and radical thought into a tapestry of sound and storytelling.She is infatuated with the intersects of creativity and well-being and seeks to motivate mindful & conscious practice within the performing arts, via her offering of holistic performance coaching, acknowledging its healing potency as well as its purging and cathartic qualities.

In terms of practice, Sam instructs with ezense as a certified Yoga practitioner. Rooted in lineage, passed down from her mother she is deeply honored to draw from the Okido tradition. Buddhist Philosophy dances alongside Hindu spirituality in her unique classes. Furthermore, she rides waves as a sound healer and ocean therapist. She feels deeply, healing through vibration.
Technically specializing in Practical Aesthetics with scientific influence and grounding from the Estill Vocal Methodology. Furthermore she is currently training in Sound Painting in NY, a devising technique developed during the 1960s Woodstock happening.She is the director and founder of WILD TONGUES CREATIVE, a bold & evocative performance and art collective.
Nature is her constant source of inspiration.
